Given that Podium is predominantly a platform for lawyers to satisfy their CPD (continuing professional development) obligations, we do require all courses on Podium to qualify as CPD. This means that courses on Podium need to:

contain significant intellectual or practical content;
relating to a practitioner’s practice of law;
that extend a practitioner’s knowledge and skills in the areas relevant to the solicitor’s practice needs or professional development; OR
are relevant to the immediate or long-term needs in relation to the practitioner’sprofessional development and to the practice of law.
